Finca La Peñiga

Finca La Peniga La Peñiga is a farm located on the side of a mountain with 35,000 meters of extension full of trees and wonderfully landscaped ponds. The construction of the house is very unique because it is made of wood. It has an area of 386m divided into two floors. We have four rooms, three of them with double beds and the last one with two 90cm beds. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms except the small one. It has a fully furnished kitchen, three living rooms, a terrace in the suite room, and a large deck to enjoy the views and rest. There is a flat-screen TV in two rooms and in the living room, free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation, parking and a safe. The house has a fireplace and a stove as well as electric radiators and air conditioning from the living room. We have an ironing board, iron, washer-dryer, coffee maker, juicer, etc. For the little ones in the house we have a cot, high chair, changing table and adapter for the bathtub. For children we have installed a large playground where they can enjoy at all hours and two chicken coops so that they can collect the eggs from the chickens daily. In the large garden, next to one of the ponds, we have installed some sun loungers where you can relax surrounded by rhododendrons, azaleas, large beeches and the song of our frogs. On another pond, we have built a gazebo where you will have wonderful views of our purple beech and the village. Daily cleaning is included in the rental price, but we also have a series of paid services to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant. La Peñiga is located in the town of Mazcuerras, in the Saja-Besaya nature reserve, five minutes from the Cantabrian highway and very close to all tourist sites such as Santillana del Mar, Comillas, Torrelavega, Santander, etc. For all these reasons, they have given us five stars, which we appreciate to all our guests. We wait for you.
