This very nicely decorated cabin is in Pinetop, Arizona on .22 acres of tall Ponderosa Pine at an elevation of 7075 feet. It is in the White Mountain Club Village Subdivision. Adair Springs Cabin is 672 square feet and has two bedrooms, one bath and can sleep up to five people. It is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. All you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. There is a wood burning fireplace to relax with when taking a break from all the activities the White Mountains has to offer. The cabin has a propane gas grill with a front and side deck. The lot is completely fenced with tall pine trees. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Trash pickup services every Tuesday. Amenities: Master Bedroom Queen Size Bed and alarm clock; Second Bedroom Bunk Beds with a trundle; New carpet in both bedrooms; ceiling fans throughout; wood blinds throughout; washer and dryer; full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils; Living Area: sofa, Wi-Fi, landline with free long distance, two televisions with 100 cable channels, DVD player with 75 movies. There are reading materials and board games. The cabin has baseboard electric heat. Activities and Attractions: Hiking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, Skiing, Swimming, Golfing, Miniature golf, Go-Carts, Casino, Cinema, Arcade, Shopping, and Restaurants are just some of the activities that are available in the Pinetop-Lakeside area. Hon-Dah Casino with a restaurant is five miles away. Woodland Lake Park offers scenic walks, hiking trails, fishing, outdoor volleyball, playground, and picnic tables. It is a fourteen-minute drive from the cabin. The Snowflake Temple is a forty-five-minute drive away. Sunrise Ski Park is a forty-minute drive away. Shopping: Walmart Supercenter, Lowes, and Home Depot are nine miles away. Safeway is three miles away. Rates $105.00 per night, $560.00 per week (7 days), or $1500 per month throughout the year.Payment is preferred seven days before arrival. A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is also required to reserve the cabin. The deposit is fully refundable within seven days of departure.
