Afan Lodge is designed and run by mountain bikers so we know exactly what a rider wants and needs on a weekend/holiday away; a breakfast to fuel you up for the day, riding distance to an endless choice of trails, bike wash area, a fully stocked onsite bar and a secure lock up for the 'pride and joy' so you can sleep with peace of mind before the action starts again... we have a mountain top location overlooking the Afan Valley and its famous South Wales Mountain Biking trails and welsh mountain walks. We are visited by all manner of sports people there is an abundance of wild and tarmac trails for mountain bikers and enthusiast joggers and triathletes who compete in the mountains and valleys. The Afan Lodge has a homely feel with a large alcove area around the fire place in the Café, you can enjoy a relaxing spell there while waiting for our chef to prepare your lunch or evening meal in the Restaurant where on a clear night you can see down to the South Wales coast.
