[más]The Triple Bypass is one of the most grueling bicycling events in the United States. The length of the event is 120 miles. It is so called because the event has three of the highest mountain passes on the course that must be climbed to complete the event. Total elevation gain is 10310 feet. The event is limited to the first 3500 riders. Proceeds from the event go to a variety of charities. There are a number of aid stations along the route. The rider list fills early. The riders start in Evergreen and end in Avon, Colorado (near Vail).
